Pet Sitting: When you're away, rest assured that your pets are in capable hands with our trusted pet sitters. From daily check-ins to overnight stays, we offer personalised care in the comfort of your pet's own home, minimizing stress and maintaining their routine. Hike Adventures: Our hike adventures for dogs are tailored outdoor experiences designed to engage and energize your furry companions. Led by experienced guides, these adventures offer your dog the opportunity to explore new trails, sniff new scents, and enjoy the great outdoors in a safe and controlled environment. With varying levels of difficulty and duration, our hikes cater to dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. Treat your pup to an unforgettable adventure with our hike experiences! Small Animal Care: From hamsters to Chickens we can look after your pets while your away. We offer a range of different options when it comes to providing care for your small animals which includes all feeding, plenty of cuddles and changing of any bedding or toilet trays.

    For new clients, reaching out is easy! You can send us an email, leave a voicemail, or contact us via WhatsApp, and we'll get back to you promptly. Following this, we provide a complimentary meet-and-greet service, where we visit you and your dogs for a face-to-face chat. This allows us to understand your needs and discuss our services in person. For our recurring clients, we offer a convenient communication platform. We set up WhatsApp groups where you can quickly and easily connect with Gemma, our CEO, and Jodi, our Operational Manager, on a daily basis. This ensures smooth and efficient communication for ongoing support and coordination.
  • Do You Have A Price List?
    Yes, we do! We offer transparent pricing for all our services. However, since our rates may vary based on factors such as the type of service, duration, and additional requirements, we prefer to provide personalised quotes tailored to your specific needs. This allows us to ensure accuracy and fairness in pricing. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your requirements and receive a customized quote.   • Do You Have Insurance?
    Yes, we prioritise the safety and well-being of both your pets and our team members. GPS maintains comprehensive business insurance coverage, and all our walkers are individually insured. Additionally, our walkers undergo thorough Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to ensure their suitability for working with pets. Moreover, many of our walkers are trained in Canine First Aid, with ongoing training available to those who are not yet certified. Rest assured, we take every precaution to provide reliable and secure pet care services.
  • How Will I Be Informed That My Pet Has Been Taken Care Of?
    After each visit, we provide comprehensive updates through a WhatsApp group message to keep you informed about your pet's well-being. You'll receive a detailed report outlining the activities undertaken during the visit, including feeding, playtime, walks, and any notable observations. Additionally, we can send you photos. Our goal is to ensure transparency and peace of mind, so you can rest assured that your furry friend is in good hands.
  • What Will Happen If There Is An Emergancy
    In case of an emergency involving your pet, our priority is their safety and well-being. Our team is trained to handle various emergencies with professionalism and care. Our protocol includes: Assessment: Our first step is to assess the situation calmly and promptly. This may involve assessing the severity of the injury or illness and ensuring the safety of both your pet and our staff. Immediate Action: Depending on the nature of the emergency, we will take immediate action to provide first aid or stabilize your pet's condition. This may include controlling bleeding, or keeping your pet comfortable until veterinary help arrives. Contacting You: We understand the importance of keeping you informed during emergencies. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and discuss the next steps. If necessary, we will follow your instructions or seek your approval for further action. All of these details are easily accessible to all our Staff through Your Pets Pet Passport which is created when you use our service for the first time. We gather this information through our Pet Care Agreement which all new clients must complete before we undergo any services. Veterinary Care: If your pet requires veterinary attention, we will transport them to the nearest veterinary facility or your preferred veterinarian. We will stay with your pet and provide support until you or the veterinarian arrives. Documentation: After the emergency has been addressed, we will document the incident thoroughly, including the actions taken, any treatments administered, and communications with you and veterinary professionals. Follow-Up: Once the situation has been resolved, we will follow up with you to provide updates on your pet's condition and discuss any ongoing care or follow-up appointments recommended by the veterinarian. At GPS we take emergencies seriously and are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of your pet at all times. Our team is trained and prepared to handle emergencies with professionalism, compassion, and expertise.
  • Do You Offer Loyalty Schemes?
    While we don't currently offer a loyalty scheme at the moment, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients with every visit.
  • Can I Meet The staff Who Will Be Taking Care Of My Pet?
    Absolutely! We understand the importance of building trust and rapport with the caregiver who will be looking after your pet. We're more than happy to arrange a meeting between you and our team.   • What If My Scheduled Walker/Pet Care Provider Becomes Unavailable?
    If your scheduled walker or sitter is unavailable for any reason, rest assured that we'll promptly inform you of the alternative walk or pet care provider assigned to ensure continuity of service. Your convenience is our priority, and we strive to make the transition as seamless as possible. If you have any concerns regarding the replacement provider, please don't hesitate to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
