We use Gemma’s Pet Services for dog walks and live-ins. We have recently been away for a week, and Jodi came to stay for the week. I have nervous dogs, including a rescue, and I was worried about leaving them. However, I shouldn’t have worried because Jodi looked after them (and our chicken and budgie) with utmost care! We got lots of photo updates of dogs having a fab time which was lovely. They were well exercised and got lots of bonus socialising with other dogs, which has been great for confidence. My house was cleaner than it was before I went away (thanks Jodi!); even the spare bed has been stripped and washed!
I will definitely continue to use Gemma’s pet services services and would recommend them to anyone!

We are first time puppy parents. We’ve had our furbaby Willow for four weeks. I’ve used Google the most ever, and never felt so in need of a manual! We started off using Gemma’s team to help us find our feet, to introduce our little one to being left in the company of others, and now for lovely walks and adventures with other doggies and the team. They’ve all been so lovely, and above all they’ve been so supportive and reassuring that we’re doing a great job!! We needed this emotional support as much as the awesome practical service provided. Jodi and Gemma are just fab with my 2 greyhound girls. Each of my dogs has different needs and different strengths and Jodi has figured them out so quickly and sees their loveableness like I do. Thank you for being there for them.

We fit our dog walking around work and family commitments meaning that we tend to see the same dogs on our favourite routes. So when our big puppy dog developed a fear of other dogs which caused our other dog to get too anxious we realised that we needed the help of Gemma and Jodi to help walk our dogs at different times to us to help socialise them with other dogs which they have done in a very controlled and caring way. We always receive updates on successes and fails so we can help when we are with them on walks. Our positive experience with Gemma and Jodi means that we would always recommend these wonderful ladies for dog walking. Especially if you have a dog with a niggle like ours! We have seen a good steady improvement which now makes the walks we have with them more enjoyable for the family. Thank you

Gemma and her own family took them for a day out and they had lots of fun! 10/10 - would 100% recommend!

So we are first time puppy parents - of 2 brothers (so many have said we are mad to have 2 for first time ) and we had a weekend booked a long time prior to even knowing we were having them.
We already know Gemma and of her fantastically growing dog sitting/walking service and she was able to look after them for the weekend for us - we have only had the puppies just shy of a month and naturally a little worried about leaving them so soon.
But absolutely no need to worry - Gemma is absolutely fantastic, she got to know the puppies and create a bond with them. In the run up to the weekend she went through everything with us, absolute attention to how our training regime is and the Dos and Donts, what we would like to happen and focus on etc as well as what not to allow etc! She came and stayed in our home over the weekend and treated it with utmost respect and kindness. During the whole weekend we received really wonderful and helpful updates and photos as to what they had been up to and ultimately every photo showed how happy they were - and that was so important to us, Gemma had clearly achieved that settlement with the boys that they were not even missing us which is fantastic and another sign of how good she is.
Maybe a long recommendation but I couldn’t say this in one line! She is just the best, most kind and the most important part is she loves our dogs and wants them to be happy so all her work shows that - we are extremely lucky to have her wanting to look after our beloved boys - thank you Gemma so much
