Throughout the course, we'll cover essential social etiquette and teach you techniques to manage your dog in public spaces like towns, shops, and cafés. Led by our experienced instructor Jodi, the programme includes two practical town visits where you'll put your new skills into practice. This is a great opportunity to enhance your dog’s behavior in real-world settings while building a stronger bond with your furry friend.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made in advance and will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. Each booking is for one dog only. If you have more than one dog, separate bookings are required. All bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, no refunds or credits will be issued for future classes. It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join, and no refunds will be provided for missed time. Owners are required to bring their own water, treats, and poo bags for their dogs. Please ensure you have everything necessary for your dog’s comfort during the class. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, including any accidents or messes made in the hall. All payments are final, and no refunds will be given under any circumstances, including cancellations or missed classes.
